Animate in Australia is an adult-oriented free-to-air television block that last aired on Thursday Nights on 7mate in 2024.

History[edit]

Adult animated shows such as Family Guy and American Dad aired on the main 7 channel before moving to 7mate in 2010 upon its launch. In 2018, the Simpsons began airing new episodes after the Ten Network lost the right to air the show. The Cleveland Show was added in 2022 but has only aired its first two seasons and hasn't aired since 2023.

In 2023, the animated block moved from Wednesday to Thursday Nights due to repeats of Highway Patrol and The Force interfering with the schedules.
