Annika Olsson is an Australian model from Adelaide. She has been called Australia's first professional Aboriginal model, in that she was a model under contract, represent by an agent, and was professionally remunerated.
Career[edit]
Olsson began her career in 1986 in Adelaide. She was primary a runway model that had a meteoric rise in the fashion industry.
Olsson represented some of Australia's most iconic fashion labels and designers, including George Gross and Harry Who, Carla Zampat, Table Eight, Cue, Gladys Sym Choon, and David Jones.
She was the 1987 and 1988 Adelaide Formula 1 Grand Prix, Fosters Grid Girl.
