Apart Group is a Georgian construction development holding which unites "Apart Development", "Apart Showroom", "Apart Construction" and "Apart Architect". The founder and CEO of the holding is Beka Khoperia who owns 100% of the company shares. Originally, construction company "Apart Development" was founded and after that, between 2019 and 2023, "Apart Construction", "Apart Showroom" and "Apart Architect" were founded as the subsidiary companies.[1] The capital that the holding owns is more than 20 hectares of the land and more than 60 million of Georgian Laris.[2] The revenue of the company is more than 250 million Laris. In 2021, Apart Group became a new member of "Business Association Of Georgia".[3]
"Apart Group's" subsidiary company "Apart Development" mainly operates in Tbilisi, especially in Old Tbilisi. According to the founder,[4] it is their main niche on the market. The flagship project of the holding is "Krtsanisi Margaliti" which is located in Old Tbilisi.[5]
