Arkade Developers[1] is a privately held Indian real estate[2] and construction company[3] founded in 1986 and headquartered in Mumbai,[4] Maharashtra.[5] Founded in 1986 by Mangilal Jain, the company is now led by Amit Jain, who serves as the Chairman and Managing Director.[6] Arkade has developed several residential colonies[7] and commercial spaces in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region[8] and Mumbai[9] including Carmichael Road, Tardeo, Mazgaon, Virar, Vasai, Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Vile Parle & Kanjurmarg.[10][11]

Arkade Developers was founded in 1986[12] by Mangilal Jain. Established 35 years ago, Arkade has completed 28 projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Mumbai.[13] [14] [15] The company currently has 9 ongoing projects in Mumbai and 5 more in the planning stages.[16]In February 2024, Arkade Developers received regulatory approval to raise Rs. 430 crore for an IPO, with the proceeds intended for ongoing and upcoming projects.[17][18][19]
