Assessio is a company founded in Sweden that focuses on human resources, using data-driven psychology to predict success and improve performance. The company has two main areas of operation: one develops work psychology tests, and the other provides consulting services to HR departments in different companies and organizations.
Founded in 1946[1] and initiated in 1954 by the Swedish Psychological Association, Assessio was bought by Hunter Mabon in 1991. In 2019, the company was sold to the Dutch investment firm Main Capital Partners. Today, the Assessio Group includes Dutch companies HFM TalentIndex and Eelloo (now Assessio Bloom), as well as the Danish company People Test Systems. Together, they bring together their offerings as a SaaS Company under one name ”Assessio” that serves over 1800 clients globally. In 2023, Assessio was acquired by Pollen Street Capital.[2]
