Aster Lau Chi Kwan (born 20 Augst 2007) is a Hong Kong singer. She was a contestant in TVB's STARS Junior Academy and STARS Academy 2.[1] Prior to debutting as a solo artist, Lau was a member of XiX.[2]
Early Life[edit]
Lau had been learning dancing since she was around four or five years old.[3] At the age of nine, she joined Hong Kong, China's artistic gymnastic team.[1] While she originally aimed to become an Olympic athelete, she later decided to focus on singing and dancing upon realising that an athelete's career is short in nature.[3] She left the Hong Kong, China team upon admission to secondary school and is now currently a student of an international school.
Music career[edit]
Aster was a member of the girl group XiX, competing together in STARS Academy 2. As a solo artist, she released the single "Love Syndrome".[4]
