[edit]

In 2009, at the age of 13, Akkhor co-founded Ionsketch with the aim of establishing a presence in the graphic design and advertising industry. The agency gained significant traction in 2011 when it secured a contract with Secure Link Services (SELISE), a Swiss software and engineering company. As the agency grew, it expanded its operations, hiring more employees and opening an accounts office in New York.[2] He was also one of the founding members of the Bangla calligraphy community "Matra".[3]

Ionsketch's client base included companies from Bangladesh, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland. In 2013, the agency launched the "Design for Bangladesh" campaign, which aimed to showcase and promote Bangladeshi design talent on a global scale.[4]

Akkhor then went on to start the award-winning branding agency Terracotta Red. Akkhor is also of a board member of the PSO fintech Lenden.[5] In 2023, Akkhor expanded his professional endeavors by taking on the role of Executive Director at Medina Tech LTD, a technology firm based in Dhaka.[6]
