The Bank Black Movement is to uplift Black-owned banks in the United States. As of December 31, 2023, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's Minority Depository Institutions Program,^[1] there are 20 Minority Depository Institutions with the Black minority status.^[2]
