From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Benjamin J. Waters (–) was a justice of the New Mexico Territorial Supreme Court from 1870 to 1871.[1]

"One term was also enough for Benjamin J. Waters, appointed April 1870. The constant traveling through unsettled country, inhabited by hostile Indians, was too arduous; he returned East".[2]

Waters was from Ray County, Missouri, and served in the Missouri state legislature.[3]
