Big Brain Jews is a social and political commentary podcast about current events from the LGBT+ Jewish perspective.^[1] The podcast was started in the wake of the 2023 Hamas-led attack on Israel which resulted in the on-going Israel–Hamas war.

Both hosts identify as LGBT+ and Jewish^[2].
