Black Rock Coffee Bar is a privately held boutique drive - thru coffee chain in the United States. Founded in 2008 by Daniel Brand and Jeff Hernandez, it is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona with company-owned locations primarily located in the western United States.

Early History

Black Rock Coffee Bar was founded on February 8, 2008, by Daniel Brand and Jeff Hernandez, in Beaverton, Oregon. The first Black Rock Coffee Bar store is a modest 150 sqft building located at 765 SW 185th Ave, Beaverton, Oregon 97006.
