Blistermud (stylized lowercase) is an American nu metal band from Warren, Michigan.
History[edit]
Blistermud was formed in 2021 by vocalist and guitarist Grayson Rupp, guitarist Evan Henski and bassist James Moreny. They then recruited Johnathan Meyers on drums, Benjamin Dennis on keyboards (temporarily). The band itself one studio album in 2024 entitled By Myself.
In 2023, they signed with Ruppmusic Recordings and released their debut album By Myself on March 19, 2024. In Late 2023, keyboardist Ben Dennis parted ways with the band. Despite the remaining members vowing to continue on. The album By Myself was released without Ben Dennis but previous demos included him.
After the release of their debut album, all remaining members of the band left except for vocalist and guitarist Grayson Rupp who would record all instruments for album releases in the future.
