Bobby Chouinard (1953–1997) was an American drummer.
He was born in Brockton, Massachusetts in 1953, and started playing at the age of 12.
He began his professional career at 14, touring locally with Duke and the Classics.
He played with Utopia, Orphan, James Montgomery, Duke and the Drivers, Wiley Crawford, and Beggars & Thieves.
He was the drummer in Billy Squier's band.[1] He played on one of the most sampled songs of all-time "Big Beat".[2]
He also did studio work for several musicians: Cher, Alice Cooper, Ted Nugent, James Montgomery, and Peter Wolf.[3]
He died of a heart attack in 1997 at the age of 43.[4]
