Boukari Laouali Chaibou, born September 28, 2002 in Niamey, Niger, is a Nigerien jurist, writer, public figure and entrepreneur[1][2][3][4].
He holds a literary baccalaureate and went on to study law at a private university in Ouagadougou, before continuing his Master's at a school in Paris[5].
He has held the position of special legal advisor to the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies of the Republic of Niger, and he is Knight in the Order of Merit of the same country (Niger)[6][7].
