Branden Loera, (born August 5) is a Hispanic-American voice actor for Crunchyroll, currently residing in Dallas, Texas. His first professional debut was in 2022 as Genji Karajishi in Shinobi no Ittoki. Since 2022, some of his larger roles include Lang Qianqiu in Heaven Official's Blessing, Ryou Igarashi in I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too, and Fernand in I Shall Survive Using Potions!
Biography[edit]
Branden Loera was born on August 5.[1] Loera attended Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.[2] Before voice acting, he performed in several musicals including The Hunchback of Notre Dame[3][4] and Dogfight[5][6]. In addition, Branden was also part of Bullies[7], an original musical that was presented as a collaboration between Hardin-Simmons University and the Festival of New American Musicals in Los Angeles.
Loera's professional voice acting career began when Shawn Gann and Marcus Stimac brought him into Shinobi no Ittoki, with his first named role as Genji Karajishi in 2022. He has also provided additional voices[8] for many other anime shows, such as Solo Leveling, The Apothecary Diaries, Goblin Slayer, Shangri-La Frontier,The Ancient Magus' Bride, and Spy × Family (TV series)
