Broadmoor is a neighborhood in Pasco, Washington.
A mixed residential/commercial area, it is a fast growing area and is one of the fastest growing in the Tri-Cities as a whole. This is due to the open space in the area and it's proximity to I-182, which exits into the neighborhood at the Road 100 exit.
The area of Broadmoor is north of Chapel Hill Boulevard and west of Road 90. Schools in the neighborhood include Delta High School (Washington), Tri-Cities Prep, Reynolds Middle School, Columbia River Elementary, and Charter Collage.
