Bronco Racing: Ford's Legendary 4x4 in Off-Road Competition is an historical book written by John Elkin and published by Car Tech Books. The book looks briefly at the reasons and steps Ford took to create the Bronco. Then the author recalls the historical events that took place featuring the Bronco in off-road racing competition. First in club events and then in the early National Off Road Racing Association races. From there book follows the history of off-road racing through the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and into the 2000's.

Individuals are covered throughout the book who had significant contributions towards the Ford Broncos success in competition. Just a few of those include Lee Iacocca, Bill Stroppe, Parnelli Jones, Larry Minor, Ray Harvick, Jim Loomis, Rod Hall, Carl Jackson, Gale Pike, Kurt Strecker, Don Moss, Steve Mizel, John Baker, Kirk Kovel, Dave Ashley, and Shelby Hall.

The author believed that information about the earliest days of off-road racing was underrepresented on today's internet. Since the printing of this book off-road and rally racing results archives are springing up on respected web pages such as Race-Dezert

Many races are covered as well, including the Mexican 1000, Baja 1000, Baja 500, Mint 400, Frontier 500, Parker 400 and the National Four-Wheel-Drive Grand Prix.

The book was published in 2022.
