Canned Eggplant, or Canned Aubergine, is a processed food which enables the buyer to have a quick meal of Eggplant without having to manually prepare it.

Examples of companies or associations selling Canned Eggplant is Esalat(1) and Cento, both providers of canned food well known in their designated areas in the world, who also provide products such as Tomato Paste, Sauce, and Jam. Canned Eggplant, not to be confused with Pickled Eggplant, can also be known or seen as Canned Eggplant Caponata, is the canned version of the Indian Assam and Burmah regions, known as the center of plant origins.
