Crusader Talent is an American digital talent management company and was founded in November 2019 by Mason Breeding and Brooke Elverson Jordan in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. They mainly focus on creators that play the game Old School RuneScape. They manage creators such as Thinknoodles, who featured on Gaming Show. Crusader Talent is a part of Affinity Media Group, a media agency. Prior to being named Crusader Talent, it was originally called eSports Talent Management LLC before rebranding.[1][2] In 2021, they were acquired by Turopium.[3][4]

They are now under ran under Affinity media group.

In August 2023, Old School Runescape, Crusader Talent and content creators EVscape and Hooti[5] partnered together to run an event dubbed the "Third Annual Speedrun Cup". [6]

On February 23rd 2024, Crusader Talent helped sign 31+[7] Old School Runescape streamers to the streaming platform Kick. [8][9]
