Cubic (short for Custom Ubuntu ISO Creator).[1] , is a GUI wizard for remastering live Ubuntu and Debian ISO files. Cubic features an integrated CLI that can be used to install packages inside of the custom ISO file using the APT package manager.[2] Cubic was developed by a user on Github called PJ Singh[1] and was first published on the website Launchpad[3]. The project runs on versions of Ubuntu from 18.04.5 Bionic Beaver onwards[1]
