Davy Grewal[edit]

Davy Grewal[1], also known as "Davinder Singh Grewal", is an Indian actor known for his work in Hindi and Punjab language. He made his first acting debut in Bollywood in the Animal[2] (2023) directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. His first debut as an actor was in 'Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree season 2' as 'Vijayraj Cheema'.

Personal Life[edit]

Grewal birth place and home town is Ludhiana. He completed his initial schooling in Ludhiana city. His Bachelor of Law from Punjabi University propelled him to make a place in District Bar Association, Ludhiana as Advocate. He did his Master in Social Work from Panjab University. After Completing his master, he had started taking initiates for the betterment of the society by starting an Ngo named as 'YODHA. In 2015, He begun his journey as an artist by joining a theater group Rang Manch Rang Nagri, Ludhiana. He played more than dozen of theater plays few are 'Malham', 'Adhi Raat toh Baad', 'Jis Lahore nai Dekhya uh Jamaya nai', 'Tairi Jaat Kya', 'Ek Bachara Bachpan', 'Teri jaat kya" and also direct various plays as an assistant director. He acted as lead in short films based on social awareness, few named as 'Sher Singh', 'Jayai He', 'Condom is injurious to Health' etc.

In 2020, Davy performance as a student political leader in 'Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree Season 2' won hearts of youth all over the north india and also in abroad. In 2022, He also appeared in 'CAT' a Netflix web series. In 2023, the action thriller 'Animal' further add his name in Bollywood actors list. In 'Animal', He played Ranbir Kapoor elder pind cousin named as 'Sangram'.
