Deborah Schrag is a medical oncologist.[1] She is the current chair of the department of medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.[2] She is known for leading a ground breaking clinical trial that questioned the necessity of radiation therapy for rectal cancer patients. [3][4][5]
