Del Mar Energy is an American energy company founded[1] by Michael Latham on February 14, 2002 in Rowlett, Texas.[2]

Works to reduce its carbon footprint and innovate renewable energy solutions.[3]

Del Mar Energy[4] specializes in the development, construction and operation of energy facilities, in the supply of electricity for various sectors of the economy.[5]

Main areas of activity:

  • Development and operation of renewable and conventional energy sources.
  • Provision of electricity to commercial, industrial and private customers.
  • Implementation of innovative technologies to improve efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Founders[edit]

Michael Latham is the founder and CEO of Del Mar Energy.

Nick Kaufman has been vice president of Del Mar Energy since 2017. He was born in Texas and graduated from the University of Massachusetts. After graduation, he began a career in the legal industry. In 2013, he began working with Del Mar Energy and was officially named a partner in 2018.  

Stephan Russo began interning at Del Mar Energy in 2016. He has grown the company from intern to Director of Marketing in less than five years and has over $5 million in equity.

Thomas Lieberman was born in 1984 in Nevada, where he attended a local university. In 2006, he moved to New York City to work in marketing and public relations. In 2011, he began working with Del Mar Energy. Prior to that, Lieberman promoted companies such as P&G, Gillette and General Motors.
