If you need feedback on your draft, or if the review is taking a lot of time, you can try asking for help on the talk page of a relevant WikiProject. Some WikiProjects are more active than others so a speedy reply is not guaranteed.

The Delhi Council of Ministers is the executive wing of Government of Delhi and headed by Chief Minister of Delhi, who is the head of government and leader of the state cabinet. The term of every executive wing is for 5 years. The council of ministers are assisted by department secretaries attached to each ministry who are from IAS Delhi Cadre. The chief executive officer responsible for issuing orders on behalf of government is Chief Secretary to the state government.
