Detrich LaShaun Wiley (Calloway) is an African-American business woman, speaker and podcaster in Central Arkansas with a gift of explaining complex things.

Wiley’s superpower is finding solutions. As a strategic problem solver, she views challenges as opportunities to grow. Knowing the complexities of health insurance and the need for innovative solutions, she is undaunted when it comes to finding options that deliver better outcomes for insurance members in engagement, quality, value and cost.

Detrich Wiley directs the work of an innovative team that is driving a digital transformation at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield. A Mathematics graduate of UALR, Detrich believes the winning formula for a successful team is assembling professionals of diverse skills & empowering them to use their superpowers for a common goal. She’s spent her entire career at ABCBS making a name for herself as a problem solver committed to delivery excellence.

Dietrich Wiley is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR) Class XXXVIII and began serving on the board of Leadership Foundation of Women in 2023.
