Dimitrios Parashu is a Greek legal scholar and currently associate professor (Privatdozent) at the Faculty of Law of the Leibniz University Hannover.

Academic Biography[edit]

Parashu received his Law Diploma in 2005 from Aristotle University Thessaloniki, his M.L.E. in 2007 from Leibniz University Hannover and his Dr. iur. in 2011 from Leibniz University Hannover.[1] Having been an assistant professor (Habilitand) at the Faculty of Law of the Leibniz University Hannover from 2017 to 2023,[2][3] he became Privatdozent (associate professor) Dr. iur. habil. of the same Faculty (for the subjects of European Law, Comparative Law and Economic Law) in May 2023.[3] In November 2023 he was named Distinguished Visiting International Professor by Symbiosis Law School Pune.[3][4][5] Through his publications[3] Parashu has offered various significant impacts[6][7] to his depicted scholarly subjects.[8] He was the editor to a scientific work about Concerted Acting within the EU,[9] and has also served as a Vice Director to the ELPIS v-LAW Review since 2020.[10]
