Foundeded in 2000 by John Benson^[4]^[5], the website provides financial professionals with the latest job opportunities, career information, and industry insights^[5]. eFinancialCareers offers local websites in 19 markets across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the financial centres of the Middle East and was named as a finalist in the National Online Recruitment Awards 2008 ^[6].

eFinancialCareers was acquired by DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX) in October 2006 for $89.9m ^[7] before a spinoff to management in June 2021^[8]^[9].
