Ecotrak is an American Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in facilities and asset management solutions. The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Irvine, California. Ecotrak provides an intelligent platform designed to simplify and optimize facilities management for multi-site businesses, such as restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and retail chains.[1][2]

History

[edit]

Ecotrak was founded in 2018 to address the need for an asset-first facilities management platform that could meet the challenges of managing facilities across multiple locations. The company has grown rapidly, attracting a diverse client base including major brands like Inspire Brands, Flynn Group, Dutch Bros Coffee, and Dave & Buster’s.[3]

In April 2024, Ecotrak raised $30 million in a funding round led by Respida Capital, with additional investments from Carver Road Capital and Gala Capital Partners. This funding is being used to accelerate product development and expand the company's market presence.[4]
