Edward Charles Day Jr. (December 21, 1908 – October 17, 1999) was an associate justice of the Colorado Supreme Court from 1957 to 1976.

Born in Denver.

Regis High School, 1926.

Married Lilian Margaret Famular, 1931. Died in Denver.

Day and Albert T. Frantz, elected at the same time, were the first two Catholics to serve on the state supreme court.[1] Day "worked on the Register editorial staff when taking his law course".[1]
