  • Comment: Well done on creating the draft, and it may potentially meet the relevant requirements (including WP:GNG, WP:ANYBIO) but presently does not. As other reviewers have noted, Wikipedia's basic requirement for entry is that the subject is notable. Essentially subjects are presumed notable if they have received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject. To properly create such a draft page, please see referencing for beginners or the article Easier Referencing for Beginners. Please note that many of the references are not formatted correctly (see Wikipedia’s Manual of Style for help). Also, if you have any connection to the subject, including being paid, you have a conflict of interest that you must declare on your Talk page (to see instructions on how to do this please click the link). Please familiarise yourself with these pages before amending the draft. If you feel you can meet these requirements then resubmit the page and leave a note for me on my talk page and I would be happy to reassess. Cabrils (talk) 23:53, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
  • Comment: Where is the source for the date of birth etc.? Please ensure all statements are sourced. Greenman (talk) 21:16, 21 March 2023 (UTC)

Elza Matiz ; born Elza Luijendijk on 11 September 1995 in Amersfoort) is a Dutch model. Her career started while she was still in high school, at the age of 16[3] [4] , when she was selected at a casting in a hotel in Amsterdam to walk exclusively for the Prada 2012 runway show in Milan. After which she walked the runways in Paris for Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Miu Miu and Yves Saint Laurent, the latter which she opened and closed.[3]

She paints and grew up being creative,[5] however, When she first started modelling she didn't know much about fashion. As an international model she quickly learned that fashion is a very big industry and a lot of people are involved. She has walked in many runway shows and recognises that a lot of time and work goes into creation of haute couture, where everything is one of a kind and hand made, one gown can take months of work to finish. [6] Elza also designs accessories herself. [3] [7]

She has appeared in fashion campaigns for Versace,[8] and Prada. [9] In 2022 Elza became the face of fragrance campaigns for Estee Lauder.[10] She also holds a beauty contract with La Mer Estee Lauder Companies [10]. In 2020 she took part of the TAG Heuer connected launch as an ambassador. [11] [3] [12]

Elza has become a runway regular for Jean Paul Gaultier and appeared in his 50th anniversary and final couture show.[13] [14] In 2023 Elza was featured on the cover of IRK Magazine wearing the Jean Paul Gaultier “Le Coq” jacket that was previously worn by Tanel Bedroissantz, who has been Gaultiers muse for decades, during the Jean Paul Gaultier 50th anniversary runway show.[3] [15] [3] [16] Elza has also appeared in magazines such as Vogue in editorials shot by Tim Walker , Steven Klein and Peter Lindbergh, [17] [18] as well as magazine covers for Elle [19] , Harpers Bazaar [20] , and international issues of Vogue. [21] [22] She has worked with photographers such as Steven Meisel, and Karl Lagerfeld. [5] [23]

Elza went to acting school in Los Angeles and currently studies business in NYC where she lives, while resuming her modelling career. [6]
