Early life and education
[edit]Daniel was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1986. In 1990, he obtained a law degree from the University of London and completed an economics and business course at Columbia University, New York.
Awards and recognitions
