Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. (PSE:ELI), also known as Empire East, is a real estate company located in the Philippines. It is a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation.[1] Previously, Empire East was known as Megaworld's Community Housing Division, before it was spun off and incorporated on July 15, 1994.
