Eugene R. Gilmartin (c. 1903 – March 4, 1961)[1] was a judge of the District Court of Guam from 1959 until his death in 1961.

Received a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1938.[1]

"He served as deputy high commissioner of the Pacific Trust Territory before assuming his judgeship".[1]

Appointed to an eight-year term by Eisenhower.[1]

Gilmartin died of a heart attack at the naval hospital in Guam at the age of 58.[1]
