In 2012, Testa founded a satellite service company in Luxembourg. Following its acquisition in 2015, he focused on mentoring and angel investment. His entrepreneurial endeavors continued in 2018 when he co-founded Maana Electric. Testa served for two years on the board of the Luxembourg Business Angels Network and held the chairman's position on the space executive committee of EBAN (the European Business Angels Network) for three years. Authorship[edit]

Super-Entrepreneurship Decoded, providing novel insights drawn from his analysis of super-entrepreneurs. In the book, he introduced his Crazy Method™, an innovative approach to actualizing disruptive, impactful ideas and developing breakthrough businesses. The acronym CRAZY encapsulates the method's key principles: Catapulting ambition to unmatched heights, creating a Rock-solid plan, devising Amazing solutions, understanding the Zeitgeist of the era, and fostering a Yamakasi mindset to overcome barriers. These principles have guided many innovators to set ambitious goals, strategically plan their startup's success, devise unique problem-solving approaches, grasp current market trends, and foster a fearless mindset, thereby enabling them to excel in their entrepreneurial journey.[6]

Early Years[edit]

Testa is the son of Benito Testa, who immigrated to Belgium in the early sixties and worked in the steel industry. His father was an amateur painter who won several prizes. His mother, Berthe Breulet, was an office clerk. Testa seemingly inherited his business prowess from his grandfather, a successful Sicilian merchant. Testa has demonstrated an enduring passion for learning throughout his life. His interests, spanning science to philosophy, were nurtured from a young age, fed by his voracious reading of encyclopedias.[7]

Education[edit]

Testa graduated as an aerospace engineer from the University of Liège in 1991. Upon completion of his military service as an officer in the Belgian Air Force, Testa earned a business management degree from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Continuing his educational pursuits, he completed an executive program in strategy and innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2015, followed by another in venture capital at the Berkeley Haas School of Business. His professional education also encompasses programs at MIT, the International Space University, and Harvard University.[8]
