Federico Costantini (born January 17, 1989) is an Italian actor, music producer, and DJ. He is best known for his roles in television series and films, including I Liceali and Un Giorno Perfetto. He gained widespread recognition as one of the most successful young Italian actors of his time and became a sex symbol in Italy.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Federico Costantini was born in Rome, Italy, on January 17, 1989. He is the son of director Daniele Costantini and costume designer Agata Cannizzaro. From a young age, he was exposed to the world of cinema and television, which greatly influenced his career choice.
Career
[edit]Federico Costantini made his debut in the 2007 film Cardiofitness, directed by Fabio Tagliavia, where he played a leading role. Shortly afterward, he starred in the Italian television miniseries I Liceali, directed by Lucio Pellegrini. The series, which revolves around the lives of high school students, was highly successful, making Costantini one of the most prominent young Italian actors at the time. His performance in I Liceali established him as a sex symbol in Italy.
In 2008, Costantini appeared in the film Un Giorno Perfetto, directed by Ferzan Ozpetek, further demonstrating his acting range and working with a prominent director. The film helped solidify his position in the Italian film industry.
He starred in the television series Come un Delfino alongside Raoul Bova and Un Amore e una Vendetta with Alessandro Preziosi, further showcasing his talent on television.
