Frank Parks Weaver (March 17, 1904 – November 19, 1983)[1] was a justice of the Washington Supreme Court from 1951 to 1970.

He has practiced law in Spokane since his graduation from the University of Washington School of Law in 1928. For 21 years he was a professor of law at Gonzaga University and for three years served as dean of the law school.[2]
