Major Fred Pridmore (c. 1915- 6 August 1980[1]) was a British numismatist and an author of several books on the coinage of the British Empire and Commonwealth of Nations. Pridmore authored a four-volume series titled ‘The Coins of the British Commonwealth of Nations’.
