Fredrik Andreas Sumstad Skavdal (06.02.2007.Ørland) He's known for Many things but, mostly from ØBK and his status there. He referees for ØBK and is a known handball player where he plays for boys under 16 but also is good enough for the senior team. As known he plays handball-player he also trains an upcoming team(Girls-10) where there are 18 players where there are many upcoming stars. the reason why they are getting good is is weird style of coaching, he diseplins the girl with things that is normaly usually. the thing is that he diseplin the girs with every thing that's not right like if they don't tell if they are sick, if talk during practice, if they forgot something and more things.

Fredrik Skavdal is also a young person and he also says he wants to be in the Military but he is to young but to keep that dream alive with something called HVU(Heimeværnet Ungdom)who is a military groups for teens. He says his dream did come from his father working in the royal guard(Vegar Andreas Pedersen Sumstad)His mom work has healthcare personnel(Janne Skavdal)

there is many fun facts about him to. 1) He plays in a show called nilam og banden, who is a show for children. 2) As a child he did go to trips In the mountain and slept there and hes still doing that and wants to follow lars monsen footsteps as a know tv-star who is a survival person who walks in the wild, hunts and sleeps there for days, He also walked through countrys. 3) He is a pro referee that's going high up in the grades. 4) He was overweight for a long time but startet training hard and got ripped. 5) After he got his injury he got overweight again but hes started training again and his career as a handball player has started again and its going to a high level, many people say.
