Fusion Worldwide, alternatively recognized as Fusion or FusionWW, is an independent distributor specializing in electronic components and semiconductors, and is headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Established in 2001 by Peter LeSaffre, Fusion Worldwide is an independent distributor of electronic components and semiconductors.[1]

In 2004, Fusion began global expansion and established its Asia-Pacific (APAC) headquarters in Singapore. By 2007, Fusion built Scout RMS™, enabling traders’ buying and selling activities and creating a system to communicate with customers and vendors worldwide. The following year in 2008, Fusion opened its third headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Additionally, they opened offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).[2]

Fusion gained $500M in global revenue in 2017. In 2018, Fusion opened offices in Munich, Seoul, and Guadalajara. By 2020, two additional offices opened in San Jose, California and Bangalore, India.

20 years later, the company generated $3B in revenue, grew international teams, and opened more locations in Shenzhen, São Paulo, and Paris.

In 2022, Fusion acquired Prosemi Mfg Pte Ltd.

In 2023, Fusion Worldwide extended their service offerings to include new e-commerce capabilities.
