The project is located approximately 10 minutes from the Chakri Interchange, making it accessible from key areas of Islamabad. An FIR (First Information Report) was registered against the project on February 4, 2021, under FIR No. 48/2021 at Police Station Chontra. The FIR named Mr. Muhammad Kaleem, the Chief Executive Officer of Gallop Greens (Pvt) Ltd, as a respondent. However, the case was later dropped by the concerned Investigation Officer (IO). Despite this, the project's legality and compliance with regulatory standards have been subjects of ongoing scrutiny.
