Global Environmental Psychology[1] is an open-access peer-reviewed academic journal. It covers conceptual and empirical work on the relationship between people and their environment.[2] The journal is committed to advance open science practices and diversity (in terms of human groups and methods)[3]. Its open science practices are currently among the ten most ambitious of more than 3,000 rated journals[4].

The journal was established in 2023 and is published under the PsychOpen GOLD programme of the Leibniz Institute for Psychology Information (ZPID). Articles are free of cost for authors and readers.
