Glodon Co., Ltd., often shortened to Glodon, is a Chinese Public company corporation that makes software products and services for the architecture, engineering, mechanical, electrical, infrastructures, construction industries, headquartered in Beijing[6].

History[edit]

Glodon was founded in August 4, 1998 by Diao Zhizhong as a software provider company. In 2008 Glodon established the first U.S. research center and became an international company.

In May 2010, Glodon listed on the Shenzhen A-share market[7], this year also mark where Glodon completed strategic restructuring with Beijing MorrowSoft Technology company.

In 2011 Glodon completed another strategic restructuring with Shanghai Shinedeliver software company and for the first time Glodon established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore[8].

In 2013 Glodon established another subsidiary in Hong Kong and extended its market to many Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia and Indonesia.

In 2014 Glodon took over the leading MEP design and construction software company MagiCAD from Progman Oy, this year also mark Glodon took over the Hangzhou Qingzhou Software Co., Ltd.

In 2015 Glodon announced a comprehensive transformation to an internet platform service provider in the construction industry.

In 2019 Glodon established Glodon Digital Building R&D tower at Xi'an as a R&D and innovation base in the construction industry. In 2020, Glodon mergered Luoyang Hongye Information Technology Co., LTd.

  • Utility Tunnell Design - Hongye Tunnel Design Software is divided into the CAD version and Revit version. In the CAD version, the standard cross-section design, plane routing design, vertical design, cross well chamber (civil part) design, appendage design and construction drawings of the tunnels are carried out. In the Revit version, the pipe design, support and hanger design, and subsequent ventilation, fire protection and lighting design in the well chamber are mainly carried out. For the real tunnel node model, the section view of the node can be obtained by cutting in any direction and the materials can be counted[20].
