The Guerrilla Skeptics are an ad hoc organization of information provocateurs who work to target and control information relating to specific topics on web platforms such as Wikipedia. They specialize in manipulating and distorting information relating to subjects such as UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon), UFOs, and the paranormal. Their primary goal is to control information on theses subjects as well to spread misinformation aimed at sowing doubt and confusion. In recent years, these subjects have garnered growing interest in the media and politics, and continue to be investigated by serious journalists, the military, and the intelligence community. The group works to undermine and discredit these subjects and individuals who research them through systematically censoring web articles and the biographies of researchers.

It must be noted that known members of the organization have little or no scientific or academic training, and most of its members remain anonymous. At the time of this writing, the group continues to actively censor information, and spread misinformation on these subjects.

The group became known to the public through the reporting of the award winning investigative journalist George Knapp, in an expose on Coast to Coast AM, which aired on February 25th, 2024.
