Harry Arthur Spencer[1] (September 16, 1903 – August 9, 2007)[2] was a justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court from 1961 to 1979, serving as chief justice pro tempore from September 18 to December 22, 1978.

Born in Bishops, Walton, England.

Spencer died at the age of 103.[2]
