Helder Dos Santos Silva  (b. 18 June 1980) is a Portuguese professional football manager and former professional & semi-professional football player, who is the manager of Riverside Olympic Football Club Australia(National Premier League)  he is widely regarded as one of the most promising coaches raising up. Helder Silva played as a central defensive midfielder and began his career with Alunos de Meirim, through out his career played in teams such as Sport Club Nun’Alvarez, Uniao Desportiva de Valongunese, Grupo Desportivo de Covelo , Grupo Desportivo de Aguas  Santas and Caide Sport Club Santos.Helder Dos Santos Silva joined Hailsham Town Football Club in 2004, after joining joined Eastbourne United Football Club in 2005 & Eastbourne Borough Football Club after successfully seasons  & joined Aldershot Town Football Club in January 2008 and retired same year at the age of 28.

Helder Silva began his managerial career in 2008 at grassroots level after retiring and progress through the ladder establishing his own football academy, Prodirect Soccer Academy in 2011. Helder Silva progressed with his coaching, from Scout to head coach , teams like Eastbourne Borough Football Club 1st Team Coach & Scout, Hassocks Football Club Head Coach, Whitehawk Football Club Assistant Coach & Chief Scout, Helder Dos Santos Silva join Crystal Palace in 2015 , where he was appointed head coach of the under 18's team, playing in the Premier League 2 division, while at Palace he was made the U-23's assistant coach assisting the head coach with daily training sessions.He was also in charge of scouting players for the teams. He then joined the Chinese Football Association in Meizhou.Helder was appointed head coach of the Chinese National Team Under 14’s in 2018 and in the same year Head coach of Guangdong Southern Tigers under 15's in 2018-2019.He had a switch to Jiaying Xinjiang F.C as youth director and head coach in 2020. Helder's managerial career remains exceedingly tall, other clubs he worked for includes Chinese Football Association as Youth Director-Meizhou, Meizhou Football Association (CFA) as head coach, Alar 359 Football Club as Head Coach.Helder Silva remains one of the most achieved youth coaches at present, with numerous records; crowned champions of the Provincial Champions in 2020 that haven’t been won in 16 years for the CFA, or 16th Provincial Olympic Games winning a silver medal that hasn’t been won in 24 years for the CFA , crowned champions of the Chinese Champions League with Alar 359 Football Club And gained promotion from 3rd Chinese League to 2nd Chinese League.
