Hilary Evans-Newton is Chief Executive of Alzheimer's Research UK[1], and Co-Chair of the UK government’s national dementia initiative[2], the Dame Barbara Windsor Dementia Mission.

Career[edit]

Hilary was appointed as Co-Chair of the Dame Barbara Windsor Dementia Mission in March 2023.[3] Working cross-sector, with industry, academia, the NHS and other UK and global initiatives, the Mission sets out to develop innovations in biomarkers, data and digital sciences, and increase the number and speed of clinical trials in dementia.[4]

Personal life[edit]

Hilary lives near Cambridge with husband, Jack Evans-Newton, and their three children.[5]
