Hortense de Roux (born 11 November 1981 in Reims) is the chief executive officer of HEC Alumni since June 2024 and Partner at Ashurst LLP.[1] De Roux also served as CEO of Grandes écoles au féminin.[2]

Biography

Hortense de Roux studied at the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University before joining HEC Paris.[3] She also graduates from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the École de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la cour d'appel de Paris.[4]

De Roux starts his career at Jones Day, a US international firm law in 2006. In the meantime, in November 2018, she became CEO of Grandes écoles au féminin, an association created in order to promote women in the economical life.[5]

In March 2018, she joined Ashurst LLP, a British multinational law firm, as Partner.[6]

In June 2024, she is elected CEO of HEC Alumni, replacing Adrien Couret.[7]

Hortense de Roux is also board member of HEC Paris.[8]
