Hugo Parrou (born 28 January 2003) is a France rugby union player who plays as a prop for Section Paloise in the Top 14 competition and the France national under-20 team. He made his Top 14 debut with his club on 27 January 2024.

Playing career[edit]

Early career[edit]

Parrou started rugby for his hometown club in 2008, and then joined nearby Tarbes as a junior in 2016. In 2022, he signed with Pau and joined the Top 14 club at the end of the 2020–21 season.^[1]

Hugo Parrou participated in the 2022–23 Six Nations Under 20s Championship.^[2] His Top 14 debut for Pau was against Montpelier HR in the 2023–24 Top 14 season.^[3]
