The Hwa Chong Institution (High School) Green Council is a leadership body in Hwa Chong Institution. Created in 2001, the Council aims to promote environmentalism in the school.

The outgoing Chairman is Seah Yuheng, who is a member of the school's St John Brigade; his term expires on 1 February 2024. He has served in a caretaker capacity since 1 October 2022, and was officially inaugurated on 1 February 2023.

The Chairman-elect, who holds the designated office of Councillor administering the Executive Committee, is Chin Yu Zhi, a member of the school's Scouts group. He will lead the 24th Green Council.

The council runs programmes such as Green Week and Earth Day celebrations.
