In Consistent Seas is the moniker of American indie rock artist Michael Elliott (born February 17, 1994), best known for the "inconsistent" blending / switching between genres throughout his eclectic debut album, Reckless and heavy rock cover of Britney Spears' "Circus".[citation needed]

Elliott lives in Nashville, TN[1] where he works in Copyright for a large music publishing company[2] and actively writes and produces music for In Consistent Seas and for other artists, such as Lost Dog Max.
